ExpatClear collects the information you provide in our relocation form (housing details, visa type, personal situation) and your email address. This information is used solely to generate your personalized checklist, penalty estimates, and letter templates.

How We Process Your Data

Your form data is processed in-memory on our servers and sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate personalized content. We do not store your form data on any server or database. Your data is stored only in your browser's localStorage and remains on your device.

Payments

All payments are handled by DodoPayments, our payment processor. DodoPayments processes your payment information directly — we never see or store your credit card details. Please refer to DodoPayments Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.

Cookies & Storage

We do not use tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage to save your form progress and payment status so you don't lose your data during the checkout process. This data stays on your device and can be cleared by clearing your browser data.

Your Rights
